Yesterday, our class listening a conversation but it is not an ordinary conversation because it was interview, there is 2 persons in the conversation. Franz and Interviewer. Franz from Major Car Manufacturer and I do not know what the company's interviewer with. After a little chit chat, interviewer ask like this "how the decision made from the company or manager" and he answer "It is traditional way, manager make decisions and expect everyone else to follow" then she ask again "No consultation?" Franz answer again " Not really. Not what i would call consultation". Then, she ask again about response from the workforce but he answer the union quite strong so it can give point of view for workers'. So the conversation talking about, how the manager make decisions and what response from the workforce.
From the Listening, the conversation consist 4 persons, 2 women and 2 men. They have a meeting about movement in a company, 3 persons reported about what happened along that time. The first lady reported if the company ready on schedule because it was under control. Then the first man reported if the structure department already under control, but the second man said had a problem because difference opinion from two-camp. So, they think the solution for that problem. Although, he (second man) have a plan to hold a small meetings or a coffee time. Because, from coffee time they will come informal and develop some relationship. Than the manager ask the second man "how long will it take to involve all the staff?" he said "have seven or eight sessions, on the end of month".
